Online Platform Training Workshop

This three hour workshop will introduce you to MDTP diagnostics tests and the free, online testing platform.  We will learn how to navigate the online platform; set up schools, teachers, and classes; add enrollment; and assign and administer tests.  We will explore how to use the online platform to analyze your results and set instructional goals.  We will discuss math activities that support and improve student thinking and get students communicating mathematically.

This session is offered at no charge to participants.  A light breakfast and snack will be served.

MDTP is a statewide collaboration of the CSU and UC systems and the California Academic Partnership Program intended to support and advance secondary math instruction. MDTP develops, distributes, scores, and reports the results of multiple choice tests that measure student readiness for mathematics courses ranging from Math 6 to Calculus. MDTP at UCLA offers full support for MDTP materials and services at no charge to secondary schools in LA and Ventura Counties.
